You can drive all the way to the top of the mountain and then it's just 10 mins hike to the top. The view from the top is breathtaking.

The hike is worth the view. The road up to where you can park and start your hike is quite steep and not a lot of space for two cars so be careful driving up. It's around 20 minutes of hike from the parking spot if you are going with kids.

The best way down from the top is to follow the winding paved road.

This is an amazing hike!! We parked at the park gate and hiked up the "Giant's Head Grind" which is an advanced hike with very steep sections. It's easy to follow the marked trail denoted by the white pegs with Green/Grey/Blue stripes. This hike takes a good two hours to complete. There are also more moderate trails that take you to the summit as well. If you are in shape, I definitely recommend the "Grind". It's worth it!!

When driving up do prepare yourself. The road is a one lane road with very little to no space, in some places, for another car to squeeze through. The road has no side railing, so if you're a bad driver, just hike it from the bottom of the hill.

Great place for spectacular views of Summerland. Viewpoints with picnic tables along the way. It is steep and when you follow the road, it is easier. The view at the top is pretty much 360°. Beautiful!

A steep hike. Beautiful views from the mountain. Enough sitting/viewpoint spots throughout the hike.

The view at the top is well worth the hike up.
