  I walked by Giant's Head Automotive Services in Summerland BC and stopped by to see if they would be able to give me an estimate on putting on a new muffler. The lady at the desk said sure no problem, bring it by tomorrow and I will be able to give you a price. I took it in the morning, and the lady said that she would give me a call with the price. She called 4 hours later and told me that my entire exhaust system will have to be replaced costing well over $500 .It is an older car and all I wanted an estimate on was putting a new muffler on, which should cost between $150 - $220. The lady then charged me $30 for the estimate. Funny thing is that she did not mention the estimation cost this in either previous conversations. It was a classic bait SCHEME.

  Super helpful duo working here, already had an alternator replaced here and now a fuel pump, both times were done in great time, price and very thorough. Highly recommended for vehicle repair and for sure my go to place every time!

  Needless to say, I would not recommend this place to anyone that doesn't have any knowledge about automotive repair.
